Setting Up Your Verification Methods
Please follow these steps to set up verification methods to recover access your account.
Step One:
Go to the following website.
Step Two:
Login with your MySHU credentials including the @setonhill.edu.
Step Three:
You will receive the following pop-up. Please click “Next” to fill out the additional information.
Step Four:
You will then see the following image. Select "I want to set up a different method" in the bottom left corner
Step Five:
Choose your security methods. We recommend choosing Phone, Email (enter an alternate email) or Security Questions
Step Six:
Once you have selected a method and entered your information, you will then have a verification method set to reset your password in the future.
