Unlocking Your account

Please follow these steps to unlock your account.

Step One:

If you need to unlock your account, click here.

Step Two:

You will be taken to the Password Reset page. Please insert your full Seton Hill email address and the CAPTCHA box. Click "Next".

Step Three:

Choose "I know my password, but still can't sign in".

Step Four:

Choose a verification method and complete the steps.

Step Five:

Once you have successfully unlocked your account, you will see this screen. You will now be able to return to MySHU and login.
