Oracle to GP Crosswalk

To align with best practices for Oracle and the HESS Consortium and to provide

additional flexibility for our needs, we have redesigned the Chart of Accounts (formerly referenced as department budget numbers). The codes are now organized by cost center but Oracle will often auto fill the numbers if you search by description when entering procurement requisitions.

The link below can be used to access the Great Plains to Oracle account code crosswalk. You can utilize the filters to select only your department in order to view the old Great Plains codes along with the new Oracle ones.
