College in High School Portal: Additional Tips
This guide covers a few common questions that come up when using the College in High School registration portal, including verification emails, tuition assistance, course changes, profile updates, and password management.
Verification Email
Your verification email and the link inside it are only good for 3 days. After that the link expires and you will need to start the process over from the beginning.
Tuition Assistance
If you indicated during registration that you might be eligible for tuition assistance, you still need to complete the application. Go to the Tuition Assistance tile on the dashboard or the tab on the left sidebar to fill it out.

Cannot Find a Course?
If you cannot find a specific class, first double-check that you have the correct high school selected in your profile. If you are a 9th grader, please contact your counselor regarding eligibility.
Changing or Removing Requested Courses
If you no longer want to register for a class, go to the Apply for Classes tile or the tab on the left sidebar.
If the course status is still "Requested":
- Select the checkbox next to that course.
- Click the Remove Selected button.

If the status is no longer "Requested": You will need to fill out a Drop/WD Request instead.

My Profile: Changes or Updates
If you need to update information in your profile, go to the My Profile tile or the tab on the left sidebar. Make your changes, then click Update Profile at the bottom of the page.

Important: Changes to your
