CHS Instructors Roster Verification
Instructor- Roster Verification
You will first log into your account on the new Seton Hill – College in High School Platform
CHS.SETONHILL.EDU
This is your Home page.
To verify your class roster, you will click on the Class Section(s) tile.

You should see all your classes that need verification of students that are registered in your class. You will click on "View Details" that will allow you to view your class roster.

You will need to double check that each student that is listed is currently in this class.

If everything looks accurate and no corrections need to be made you will click on Is the roster accurate? dropdown and select Yes. Then you will click Submit Response.

You should see both Successfully saved your response. and Last reported as Accurate.

If there are corrections that need to be made such as, examples:
- A student is listed but they are not in your class.
- A student is registered for this course and should be on your roster, but they are not.
You will select No for Is the roster accurate?
Where it says Please submit correction(s) below, explain in detail what needs corrected.
Click the Submit Response.

You should see both Successfully saved your response. and Last reported as Inaccurate.

If you have multiple classes to verify you will need to click on All My Classes to get back to the list of classes. You will see the classes with completed verification will have a Roster Status of either Accurate or Inaccurate.

Seton Hill’s College in High School Administration will be alerted of the INACCURATE roster to make the appropriate corrections.
